Metallic Jumping Spider by AlHabshi Metallic Jumping Spider by AlHabshi
Combination between black & reflective/shinning parts are the worst to handle during shooting. It's really hard to get the right exposure without getting halos!

Awesome shot!
The God's creativity has no limits, and his creations are so amazingly inspiring.

Oh my gosh, that is absolutely beautiful! You did a gorgeous job of capturing this beauty~
The detail in the eyes - normally a spider's eye looks black, but you've managed to show that it's not so. ^^ You've done beautifully, good job!

Amazing work!
One awesome model you had there too (:
Might I ask you about the lighting conditions? Judging from reflections in the spiders eyes, I see two diffused light sources (flashes most likely?) from above and a white reflective source (sheet of paper?) from bellow, however, what confuses me are those strange cloud-like reflections in the mains eyes. How did they come to be? Is it something from post processing?

Those eyes! LOVE the blue halo you fought against! Makes him look a little mystical.
